About the Venue

The Maids Head Hotel is a popular Norwich hotel in the heart of the city centre, located opposite the famous Norman Cathedral, making it the perfect place to stay if you're visiting the historic city of Norwich. The hotel is also a perfect base to explore the many attractions in Norwich as well as the surrounding Norfolk Broads and nearby Sandringham.  

The Maids Head Hotel itself dates back to the 13th century. Originally owned by the early Bishops in the day of William the Conqueror, it is rumoured that in 1587 Elizabeth I slept there.

About the Area

Tombland is a busy and popular night time destination. A concentration of medieval buildings, together with the backdrop of the magnificent cathedral, provide it with a chic ambience complemented by the abundance of trendy café bars and stylish restaurants.

In the summer months, several of the venues spill over onto the cobbles creating a laid-back pavement café culture – perfect for watching the world go by.

How to Book

Purchasing a Gift Voucher  

If your break is for no set date i.e. for a gift or to simply use at a later date then you simply purchase this break. If you require a personalised gift voucher please fill in the relevant details on your purchase. Your voucher and gift voucher (if required) will be sent to you by e-mail within an hour between the hours of 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week. Your voucher will be valid for 12 months and can be used any time subject to availability at the venue.

Purchasing your break for a specific date

To check availability for your break you will need to ring the venue directly advising them you are a spa and hotel break customer.

Please do not however pay the hotel directly. Simply ask the hotel to reserve your room and then return to this web site to purchase your break at the special rate. Your voucher will be sent to you by e-mail within an hour between the hours of 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

Payments by credit card can be taken online immediately or over the phone, alternatively you can opt to pay by cheque.

Late bookings are not a problem just check availability as above.
