Crabwall Manor House is a 4 star property located in 11-acre grounds on the outskirts of Chester. Settled just 4 miles from the heart of Chester city and 5 minutes from the M56 motorway, Crabwell Manor House is a magnificent Grade II listed building dating back to 1660.

This Chester country house boasts 48 rooms carefully decorated in a rustic and country style.

Guests will enjoy the peace and quiet of the country and at the same time the leisure services that the Crabwall Manor House offers, including the health Club equipped with swimming pool, gym, aerobic studio, spa and sauna.

Daily breakfast is available for guests and business services are also provided with meeting room to host your business event.

How to Book

Purchasing a Gift Voucher

If your break is for no set date i.e. for a gift or to simply use at a later date then you simply purchase this break. If you require a personalised gift voucher please fill in the relevant details on your purchase. Your voucher and gift voucher (if required) will be sent to you by e-mail within an hour between the hours of 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week. Your voucher will be valid for 12 months and can be used any time subject to availability at the venue.

Payments by credit card can be taken online immediately or over the phone, alternatively you can opt to pay by cheque.

Late bookings are not a problem just check availability as above.
