Step through the door however and you are transported into another world, from the elegant casino lighting, the seductive black & oak wood bar, through to the honey travertine beauty of the newly created urban house retreat spa. Comprising of four brand-new treatment rooms, a relaxtion area, infra sauna and steam room. The Urban House Retreat really delivers the whole pampering experience.
About the Break

How to Book
If you would like to book for a specific date please call us on 0845 652 0909 (local call rate). We will check availability for you. When you are ready to purchase your break, your booking document will be sent to you by e-mail within an hour between the hours of 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week. You will then be required to book your break directly with the venue - full instructions will be given on your booking document. Please note, we do not confirm any reservations.
Purchasing a Gift Voucher
If your break is for no set date i.e. for a gift or to simply use at a later date then you simply purchase this break. If you require a personalised gift voucher please fill in the relevant details on your purchase. Your voucher and gift voucher (if required) will be sent to you by e-mail within an hour between the hours of 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week. Your voucher will be valid for 12 months and can be used any time subject to availability at the venue.
