About the Venue
Set in the picturesque North Yorkshire market town of Helmsley, The Black Swan, once a traditional coaching inn with a history dating back over 500 years, is now a stylish boutique hotel with a comfortable array of antiques blended with contemporary classic interiors.
As well as delicious Yorkshire fayre served in the 2 AA rosette ‘Rutland Restaurant’, prepared by Head Chef Paul Peters, the hotel serves one of the best afternoon teas in the land. Its charming tea rooms boasts a clutch of awards (awarded one of the coveted ‘Awards of Excellence 2011’ by the Tea Guild) with monthly seasonal variations to choose from, as well as traditional English afternoon tea. The tearooms transform into an intimate Brasserie (Wednesday-Sunday eves) for a less formal dining alternative for residential and non-residential guests.

About the Break
2 night break only £170 per person

2. Dinner is from the Table D'Hote menu each evening.
3. Full English breakfast each morning.
Break is valid for arrivals on Sunday - Thursday (subject to availability).

How to Book
If you would like to book for a specific date please call us on 0845 652 0909 (local call rate). We will check availability for you. When you are ready to purchase your break, your booking document will be sent to you by e-mail within an hour between the hours of 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week. You will then be required to book your break directly with the venue - full instructions will be given on your booking document. Please note, we do not confirm any reservations.
Purchasing a Gift Voucher
If your break is for no set date i.e. for a gift or to simply use at a later date then you simply purchase this break. If you require a personalised gift voucher please fill in the relevant details on your purchase. Your voucher and gift voucher (if required) will be sent to you by e-mail within an hour between the hours of 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week. Your voucher will be valid for 12 months and can be used any time subject to availability at the venue.
