I am just dropping you a
line to thank the staff at the Bristol Mercure Hotel for making our visit so
enjoyable. The occasion was my birthday and bought as a treat by my husband,
who came to the hotel with me plus our 14 year old daughter. The staff were
excellent particularly on reception and in the dining room. My daughter and I
were able to enjoy the spa facilities and had a massage, pedicure and manicure.
We will certainly be recommending the hotel to our friends so thank you once
again for making our stay so special.

Just a quick line to thank you for
one of the Spa Breaks. We've just come back from the Tortworth Court in
Gloucestershire (15/11/07).
I booked this break for my fiancee
Heidi for her birthday, and to add to the excitement I kept it a surprise until
we got there.
When we arrived it was a massive
WOW!! This hotel is awesome, a Grade2 listed country manor, it
just blew us away. The hotel is fantastic, steeped in history and amazing
facts. The accommodation is excellent and the restaurants are outstanding, we
dined in Moreton's which is the old library. The staff are amazingly friendly
and nothing is too much trouble, they cater for your every need. The leisure
facilities, pool, sauna etc were great and Langtrys Spa Retreat is the
perfect way to spoil your partner, I even treated myself to a massage.
Thanks again and I can say hand on
heart we WILL be going there again, of course with one of your
vouchers.

also meant to write to you after the last spa day I booked with you in May which
was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very attentive and professional, the
facilities were brilliant and I would recommend the package to anyone (and I
did!). Both me and my friend were 'spa virgins' and the staff were so helpful
and friendly that we felt completely at home and they put us at ease in what
could have felt very embarrassing for the first time! Oh and the lunch and
freebies were brilliant and surprisingly good value for money.

I have just this evening got back from
my stay at Combe Grove Manor in Bath. I just had to let you know what a
brilliant time my friend and I had. The hotel and staff were excellent. The
hotel is absolutely beautiful with fabulous views over the countryside. I had
requested a twin bedded room and we had a huge room with two 4’6 beds, all the
usual facilities, big bathroom and balcony with beautiful views. Champagne and chocs were left in the room
on our arrival. The treatments were of the highest standard and the food was
exquisite. We had full use of the facilities including indoor and outdoor
heated swimming pool in the beautiful grounds from the time we arrived and all
the following day even after check out at 11am. I really felt this break at £99
per person was fabulously good value for money and will have no hesitation in
recommending both you and the hotel to all my friends. I shall be looking out
for more short breaks. In fact, I would love to take my husband and daughter to
Combe Grove Manor also.

from our stay at the Wynnstay Hotel yesterday and I wanted to email and let you
know we had an absolutely fabulous time. The staff at the hotel were fantastic
and the Spa treatments we enjoyed at the Coach house were just what we needed.
