
1. To check availability you will need to ring us on 0845 652 0909 unless otherwise instructed in the How To Book section on each hotels listing.
2. If your break is available and you wish to proceed with your booking, full payment should be made to Spa and Hotel Break. This can be done by purchasing your break online or over the phone.
3. We will then e-mail your booking document to you within an hour of your purchase (between the hours of 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week).
4. Your booking document will contain an ID and instructions of where to call to confirm your reservation/s. Please note, that with the exception of Hilton Breaks* we do not confirm any reservations.
5. Late bookings and group bookings are not a problem. Please just call us for availability.
6. Personalised Gift Certificates are available. Our breaks make perfect presents as most breaks are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (excluding Hilton Breaks). If you wish to purchase a gift certificate this can simply be done online or again you can call us and we can take your details over the phone.
*When booking a Hilton break you will still be required to book any spa treatments included or extra spa treatments directly with the hotel/spa.
