For all other breaks excluding Hilton Hotel Group Breaks the following terms & conditions apply.

Expiry

The expiry date of your booking document is generally 12-months from the date of purchase unless indicated otherwise within the specific break details.

Refunds

1. Spaandhotelbreak.co.uk offer an exchange scheme. You can exchange your break for one at a different venue at any time during the validity period of the break purchased.
 
If for any reason the dates required for any stay are unavailable at your chosen hotel, Spa and Hotel Break will transfer the value of your break purchased to any other venue on the web site. Alternatively for date specific purchases (i.e if your break is only valid for March, April and May 2008 as an example) the booking document can be adjusted to cover additional dates. Any difference in price is payable by you the customer (if any).
 
The above applies to all hotels except the Hilton Hotel Group which are both non transferable and non refundable.
 
2. Any refunds can only be claimed within 7 days of purchase and will incur a 15% fee to cover costs. This does not include admin fees and credit/debit card charges which are non refundable.

3. If you have already booked your stay at any Spa and Hotel Break venue then any cancellation must be in accordance with that Hotel's cancellation policy. (However points 1 and 2 above still apply).

4. Any refund or part refund becomes the responsibility of the hotel once the guest has checked in at the hotel.

5.   Spa and Hotel Breaks cannot offer any refunds due to adverse weather or traffic conditions which may affect travel to any hotel unless agreed by the management of the hotel at which the break is booked.

6. No refunds under any circumstances will be made for independent travel arrangements. In the event of any break being cancelled for any reason, any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 
Prices
 
Are correct at the time they are entered on to this website. Prices may vary without prior notice at the venues discretion. Spaandhotelbreak.co.uk strives to keep the website content current.
 
Late cancellations/non arrivals
 
The terms of the Hotel or Spa will apply. It is advisable that you ask for these terms on booking in the unfortunate event you have to cancel.
 
Complaints
 
All breaks are fulfilled by the Venues (i.e. Hotels and Spas) and not spaandhotelbreak.co.uk. Every effort has been made to monitor the service and facilities of the Hotels & Spas that are listed on this website.

*If you have a complaint during your stay please bring it to the attention of the Hotel or Spa Manager so they can address the issue immediately.

From experience Hotel/Spa managers want to help, but cannot if they are unaware of a problem.

When a guest has booked into their hotel all responsibility for their stay becomes that of the hotel. Any problems either during or post stay must be addressed directly with the management at each hotel.

Spaandhotelbreak.co.uk do not take any responsibility for any accidents, thefts, breakages or injuries that occur either while travelling to a hotel, during the duration of the stay at any Hotel or Spa or at any time after checking out of any Hotel or Spa.
 
Payments
 
All purchases are subject to an administration fee of £2.50 - £5.00.
 
There is a £4 transaction charge for all credit/debit card payments of £1 - £199.
 
There is a £6 transaction charge for all credit/debit card payments of £200 - £299.
 
There is a £9 transaction charge for all credit/debit card payments of £300 and over.
 
There are no extra charges for payments via cheque.

Reservations and bookings .
 
All reservations and bookings are made directly with the venue upon receipt of your spaandhotelbreak booking document. Every booking document contains the necessary contact details. If your break includes spa treatments these must be booked at the time of making your room reservation.
 
PLEASE ENSURE YOU TAKE YOUR BOOKING DOCUMENT WITH YOU AS YOU WILL REQUIRE IT ON CHECK IN.
 
Spa Treatments
 
Please note that individual treatments can only be booked in conjunction with a full package at the relevant hotel.
 
Suitability of treatments must be checked direct with the hotel/spa.
 
Discontinued packages
 
In the event of a discontinued venue, package or price increase the value of your original break will be credited towards other packages featured only on this website.
